Spicy Chicken and Rice

This recipe requires a slow cooker. Slow cookers are great for people who require a bit of flexibility while cooking. This recipe is easy enough to toss together and eat when you get home later.



  1. Season chicken with garlic, pepper, salt and cumin.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker with vegetables, beans and rice.
  3. Cover and let cook for 5 to 6 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Garnish with chopped chive
